About Our Bakery

Pies and Cakes was born from a love of food. We love to cook and bake, love to explore food during travel, and most importantly, love to share what we make. After years of working for ourselves in other businesses, we decided to make the leap to baking and sharing our goods. Chastity is the dessert baker and Russell is our pizza guy. We hope that our love of good ingredients and the whole process of creating will be apparent when you visit us. 

We are a take-out dessert bakery specializing in celebration bakes; cakes, pies, cupcakes and cookies. We make simple and elegant desserts based in Southern flavors and traditions with modern twists. We also host Pizza Pop Up Nights featuring our homemade sourdough crust and toppings inspired by our travels.
